Shipping policy

*INN is currently a one-hand operation so please be patient as we launch.

**Order processing times are separate from any shipping times we are estimating here or at checkout. 

***All orders are processed within 7 to 28 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We intend to expedite our processes and time estimates in the near future, as we assessed demand and secure inventory. Inventory availability and order times have worked well in testing, but potential delays outside of our control may occur.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become available. Contact us at thehand@innformationnews.com for an update if there is an issue with tracking.

If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at thehand@innformationnews.com with your name and order number and we will rectify the issue.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thehand@innformationnews.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
